Life Coaching Packages

I offer a variety of life coaching formats. In addition to one-on-one, email and group coaching, I also offer teleclasses on a regular basis. Check my events page to learn more. If you’d like to learn more about life coaching in general, this FAQ might be helpful. You can also schedule a free initial thirty minute consultation to see if life coaching is right for you.

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one, 60 minute coaching sessions

• $100 for a single telephone session
• $325/month; includes four 60 minute telephone sessions plus monthly unlimited email coaching

Email Coaching

• $175/month; one 60 minute telephone coaching session plus unlimited email coaching

Group Coaching

• Group coaching is a safe and supportive environment to connect with other individuals working through some of the same life questions. This is a great way to receive coaching and learn from others. Contact me to learn more!
