I’m a busy mom who helps other busy moms lose weight. After the birth of my twins, I had 60 pounds to lose. Sleep deprived and overwhelmed, I thought back to the deprivation, will power, and calorie counting involved and decided, not this time. I am either going to resign myself to the extra weight or I’m going to find another way.

I will help you unravel the puzzle that will help you lose weight for good so you can show up for your kids, for yourself, for your life. I’m not promising instant results. There are plenty of programs out there to help you drop 15 pounds in 2 weeks. With one daughter and another one on the way, I know I set an example. Beating the crap out of myself physically and emotionally in order to look good is no longer the person I want to be in front of my children.

I will promise you that in my program you will learn how to live your normal weight and get there without struggle, without restriction, without counting a single calorie. In the process, you will learn how to take ridiculously good care of yourself so you can be a model of this to your own children.

In exchange, I expect you to show up ready to work which means having the courage to really look at your life. I have many tools under my belt to help you start losing weight from the inside out.

My Program

  1. Your Weight Loss Profile – this is the first workbook you will receive upon signing up with me. It’s purpose – to help you understand what’s going on in your life and body. Our first call together will be a review of your profile and a discussion of the action plan.
  2. Weight Loss for Smart Moms – included with my program, you will receive my comprehensive 8 part workbook. We will be moving through all eight units together and you will be using the worksheets and exercises included in this workbook along the way.
  3. The Weight Loss for Smart Moms Food Mood Brood Journal – Just as you keep a close eye on your kiddos, you will be required to do this for yourself while working with me. This means you will keep a record of everything that goes into your mouth. This is not the kind of record keeping you think it is. Be ready for some surprises!
  4. 10 Sixty Minute Phone Sessions: We will begin each call with a weekly check in to celebrate the victories and take a hard honest look at the set backs.
  5. Bonus Materials – You will receive recordings of live coaching sessions and additional worksheets to supplement our work together.
  6. Email Support – During our work together, you will have access to me via email should any immediate questions or issues come up.
